About the member

She recently completed a residency in Ballinglen Arts Foundation, courtesy of the County Cork Arts Office, and has exhibited across Ireland, in parts of Europe, and in China. After completing her MA by Research at the Crawford College of Art and Design, Helle has been involved in many arts for health and community engagement projects.

Helle
Helsner

Helle Helsner lives and practices in West Cork, finding that inspiration from her surroundings is always in abundance. The core of Helle’s work stems from old knowledge, ancient technology, and nature. Elements of the woods and beaches are reflected in the colours, lines and patterns of her drawings and textiles.
