Daniel Trivedy is a multi-disciplinary visual artist of Indian descent. He grew up in south-east England and is now based in Swansea, South Wales. Daniel uses art as a method of inquiry and investigation, exploring themes of connection, belonging and inclusion. Fundamentally, he is interested in the social glue that holds us together but also that which pulls us apart.Daniel has exhibited as a solo artist and as part of group shows in the UK and Internationally. His work is held in private collections, and by the National Museum of Wales. In 2019, Danielwas awarded the Gold Medal for Fine Art at the National Eisteddfod for Wales. Most recently, Daniel has been working with the National Trust responding to the Clive Museum collection at Powis Castle.
