Facilities

Sample-Studios' main premises is located in Churchfield Industrial Estate on the Northside of Cork City. Our studio facilities include a Project Room, Process Room, Spray Tent, Dark Room, Computer Suite, Laser Cutter, Kitchen, with free parking and wifi. These facilities are available to our Associate and Studio-based Members and for private hire. Artist Storage is available to members for additional fee. Sample-Studios is also home to Cork Film Centre where artists and filmmakers can hire film and photography equipment.

Facility Hire Enquiries​

The above facilities are available freely for use by any Associate Member or Studio-based Member for non-commercial use.

  • €150 per half day (9am – 1pm or 1pm – 5pm)
  • €200 per day (9am – 5pm)
  • Please bring a deposit of €50 which will be refunded at the end of your session
  • All use must be arts related

Shared and private studios start at €65 per month. We have a range of different sized studios with different levels of privacy and light, priced based on size, privacy and natural light. The studios are heavily subsidised through our fundraising in order to make them as affordable as possible for working artists.
