Congratulations Artem Trofimenko and Riki Matsuda who are the recipients of the new member-led residency with our partners Atelier Penlan in Finistère, Brittany in the South of France. Artem and Riki will undertake a two week residency in May 2027 in Atelier Penlan.
The residency at Atelier Penlan will include :
- Individual furnished 20 sq/m studio for 13 days
- Onsite accommodation in a double room, with generous shared living spaces and shared facilities for self catering
- Programming and event support for Open Studio / Artist Talk / etc.
The costs associated with the residency at Atelier Penlan are covered by Sample-Studios. In addition, both Riki and Artem will receive a stipend of €400 to help cover travel subsistence and material costs.
