Arts & Disability Ireland (ADI) is the national development and resource organisation for arts and disability. We promote engagement with the arts at all levels – as professional artists, audience members and arts workers – for people of all ages with disabilities of all kinds.

Arts & Disability Ireland supports artists with disabilities through funding, commissioning and showcasing, mentoring and residency opportunities. In particular, ADI manages the Arts and Disability Connect Scheme on behalf of the Arts Council of Ireland.

Arts and Disability Connect is a funding scheme designed to support artists with disabilities to be ambitious, to develop their practice and to connect with arts organisations and arts professionals in the Republic of Ireland. ADC offers four strands of funding including New Work, Research and Reflection, Mentoring and Training awards. The scheme runs twice a year and offers numerous types of support to applicants before, during and after their application. If you have questions about the scheme, please email connect@adiarts.ie.
