This online session will explore strategies to help with the pricing of artwork (unique works & editions) as well as looking at options for selling your work outside the commercial gallery context. Each participant will be invited to contribute to the discussion.
About the facilitator: Eamonn Maxwell
Eamonn Maxwell is a Curator, Advisor and Mentor with more than 20 years of experience working in galleries and institutions internationally. He has curated numerous exhibitions across the world including the Irish Pavilion at the Venice Biennale in 2011. From 2009 – 2016 he was Director of Lismore Castle Arts, where he programmed significant exhibitions by leading international and Irish artists. Latterly he has worked as a collection adviser to Arts Council of Ireland, Goldsmiths College London and private collectors. He has lectured at Crawford College of Art and Design, Ulster University and University College Dublin.
