Sample-Studios Culture Night Itinerary

5pm-Late

Culture Night is happening Friday 19 of Sept and here’s your Sample-Studios itinerary:

The night will kick off in The Lord Mayor’s Pavilion, Fitzgeralds’s Park, at 5pm with choir performances organised by Viktoria Kondratieva, where choir members will don outfits they screen printed with Viktoria throughout the afternoon. The Lord Mayor’s Pavilion will open later, with our exhibition ‘Elsewhere, Here’ free to see until 7.15pm. Trot over to TRISKEL SAMPLE Project Space where resident artist Maitiú Mac Chártaigh invites you to Keen, Moan and Whisper at their pop up Culture Night event ‘Sonic Lineages’ from 6-8pm.

If dry land isn’t your vibe, hop a boat to Spike Island where resident artist Barbara Diener presents her exhibition ‘Where Silence Settles‘, a chance to whet the appetite for her October exhibition in The Lord Mayor’s Pavilion. See out the night in Sirius Arts Centre until 1am where Immanuel Sola will present his new film throughout the evening.
