About the member

Aoise Tutty Jackson (pronounced ‘Eesha’) is an award winning film director passionately committed to using the art of storytelling to make films that deliver empowering and visceral messages. Her work explores themes of mental health, feminine identity and the mystical. Her films provide a framework for reconnecting to forgotten ways of life.
She has spent over a decade making documentaries, narrative dramas, commercial and branded content, music videos, and fashion films. Working directly with artists such as Tom Hiddleston, Liam Gallagher, Jeremy Irons, George Ezra and Ed Sheeran amongst others she is comfortable directing and operating large as well as smaller scale shoots. She has a background in the visual arts and professional photography, as well as experience in theatre direction, writing and performance.

In more recent years Aoise has spent a considerable amount of time working within Arts and Healthcare settings, ensuring participants and community members voices are an integral part of all of her projects as well as facilitating a number of groups in Community Hospitals.
