My artistic path began at the Brera Art Academy in Milano, where I initially pursued formal training. However, the pursuit of knowledge led me to explore alternative avenues before completing my studies. This winding journey ultimately led me to earn a Bachelor’s Degree in Pedagogy, where I discovered the profound capacity of art to communicate with and empower young refugees in Italy. Through these experiences, I learned that art transcends cultural boundaries, serving as a universal language of connection.
In 2014, I embarked on a new chapter in Ireland, immersing myself in a community-based art program in Cork city. Here, I actively participated in the creation of props, breathed life into dynamic parade floats, and collaborated intimately with the local community. My journey into prop-making and set design added a whole new layer to my artistic expression.
During the challenges of the pandemic, I rediscovered the solace of painting and street art. Drawing from my graffiti roots, characterized by audacious colors, neon embellishments, and whimsical designs, I embarked on a personal odyssey to blend these elements with contemplative themes such as “The Inner Child” and “Mindfulness.” The result is an art form that incorporates a playful and light-hearted essence, an embodiment of “Sillyme.”
My art is an invitation, a beckoning toward a world where complexities yield to connections and shared experiences. It is a tribute to the universality of creativity and its power to bridge divides. Join me in celebrating art, connection, and the colorful expressions that enliven our lives. Whether crafting props, designing sets, or painting murals, my art is an ode to the beauty of creativity and the profound connections it forges. Together, let us embrace the canvas of life’s creative journey.
