My practice draws from site and is rooted in the ritual of daily walks and slow looking, desiring to explore the endless connections between ecology and visual art. I engage in a collaborative dialogue with the natural world, using an embodied approach that incorporates alternative photography, site-specific sculpture, growth, dance, and moving image. Through these mediums, I facilitate conversations between the diverse perspectives present in any given landscape. My work is driven by a fascination with the poetic possibilities that arise from materiality and making in collaboration with others, human and more than human.
