Anne Brennan is a practising solicitor with over 20 years’ experience in the private and public sector. She has held a number of roles in the Central Bank of Ireland since she joined in 2010 and is currently Head of Function responsible for Legal & Policy in the Enforcement Advisory Division. From 2018 to 2020, Anne was a Seconded National Expert with the European Securities & Markets Authority in Paris. Anne trained with McCann FitzGerald Solicitors and practised for a number of years in their Disputes Group including spending a year seconded as a legal advisor to the Commission for Communications Regulation. Anne received her BCL from University College Cork and Masters from King’s College London.
